Chronobiology in the New Millenium
The Association participated in a graduate course in "Basics and Concepts of Chronobiology and their Application to Human Health and Disease" which was sponsored by the Mediterranean Society of Chronobiology (MSC) and took place in Antalya, Turkey. The course was attended by students from Turkey, Israel, Croatia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Australia. The course was a good success as indicated by feedback from the side of the participants. It is intended that the course will be repeated (offered) on a yearly basis (funding permitting) either in Antalya, Turkey, or at other sites around the Mediterranean Basin. The course program is presented in News in Chronobiology. People interested in participating in future courses can find more information on the website of the Society of Chronobiology (Turkey) http://www.chronobiology.org.tr/scte.htm  or by contacting Professors Nurettin Abacioglu (nabaci@farma.net.tr) or Hakan Zengil (Zengil@tr.net), Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey.
